Friendly and very accomodating staff. They don't just repair the unit they also give some tips  and advice on how to take care the unit. Even the Management are also very kind and generous.

Advantages and disadvantages you want to share:

Advantage: Ideal for rider not after for speed and  stroll ride and very fun to used. And the battery case can detach from the unit.

Disadvantage: Not recommended to those rider who always after for speed

Overall.. very easy used and for me I'm not after for the  speed what matters for me is the distance range that I can go from point A to point B. I used it as a service going to work every day.  Because of its light weight design I can go more further.
