Performance (8 stars):★★★★★★★★
Acceptable maximum speed for urban driving.
Can haul big heavy loads with ease.

Design (8 stars):★★★★★★★★
Love the modern yet vintage feel.
The tinted headlight, brake-light and signal like was cool at first.
Matte black and white finish was nostalgic.

Ride & Handling(8 stars):★★★★★★★★
Smooth acceleration and maneuvering.
Rear brake don't grip much, no re-gen brake on the controller, sigh.

Comfort (8 stars):★★★★★★★★
Comfortable seat and riding position.
Front shocks got stiff after 1.5 years, fixed with new oil.

Value for Money (10 stars):★★★★★★★★★★
Great for family use, for groceries or hauling stuff.
Saved a lot from transportation fees.

Features (9 stars):★★★★★★★★★
Nice to have the front disc brake for quick stopping power.
Huge bottom seat space for tools and stuff.
60V 20AH batteries goes a long way.
Keyless entry and alarm was a bonus.
Huge foot space for school bags and other things.

After sales service (8 stars):★★★★★★★
Good after service, too bad they had to close shop :(

Advantages and disadvantages you want to share:
Etrans had closed shop unfortunately, no more shop support.
Had a re-occurring disc brake problem before but I did some tinkering and now good.
Front shocks needs rebuilding after 1.5 years
Battery still performs good with almost 2 years of used, using bought pulse charger for regular desulfation. Hopefully it will get to 2.5 years life span.
No flats since day one, using cycle seal.
Stock headlight was not LED, heating a lot and melting the plastics around, had to replace with LEDs.
